Yes, as long as you have the right to republish them. Upload a CSV and Akteora reads it in your browser, matches the columns, and shows any problem row before anything is imported. Imported reviews are labelled with where they came from, arrive unapproved so you choose what to publish, and importing the same file twice never creates duplicates. The Free plan imports up to 50 reviews.

No. AI in Akteora only chooses which real moments to use in a reel and where to cut. Captions come straight from the transcript, the original recording is kept exactly as it was made, and an AI tidy-up of written text is only used if the customer approves it before sending.
